Introducing Kathryn Abigail – FitKat

For many years my hobbies were exercising and researching nutrition. By day I was a teacher of teenagers, and adult education learners. One day, I decided to merge my hobbies, and turn them into a business, and FitKat was born.

My aim is to help others incorporate exercise and good nutrition into their daily lives, so that they grow in confidence and reach their health and fitness goals through a  fun and functional fitness routine.

I run many classes each week, all of which are tailored to support the individual and their goals. For a more personalised workout, I offer personal and small group training at a venue to sort you. I am passionate about health, wellbeing and fitness. Whatever your fitness goals are I can help you achieve them.
I believe in balanced nutrition and a fun and functional approach to fitness.
